Bulwarks can be recruited from Turalyon. Turalyon offers next Take the Edge Off which sets another block to the player as you need to bump six of your champions to the item level 950. Having done that, Turalyon awaits the player with the last quest of the Argus mission questline, Felfire Shattering. Complete the Assault on Felfire Armory mission to acquire the Man'ari Training Amulet.
